A deposit is required to book an appointment.

The deposit is a percentage of your total amount, the remaining amount is due at the end of your session.

No call/no show and last minute cancellations (canceling within 24hrs of your appointment) will be charged the deposit as a cancellation fee.

Massage therapy is my full time career and how I provide for my family. Last minute cancelations and no call/no show means a direct loss of income.

I deeply value the time set aside for each client and hope you understand the need for this policy.
